I recently bought a hot tub from here, once I got it all set up and everything I realized it was leaking, I called the owner and let him know and he sent over someone to fix it. Unfortunately, it was a bigger problem than expected and it was going to be a hassle to fix, so the owner replaced my tub with an even better one, not to mention they even delivered it on Christmas Eve. It is working amazing! It has bluetooth installed and lots of other cool features. Highly recommend this business if you are looking for a tub, they have great options and kind customer service! I can't say enough about Kris and the team at Hot Tub Center. Not only did they have the best pricing in the market (trust me, we talked to everyone), but he and his team have been incredibly responsive and helpful post sale. I have texted him all kinds of questions, and it feels like I get an immediate response every time. The service tech, Jimmy, that came to our home was so dedicated and trustworthy. I can't recommend this team highly enough. We love our swim spa, and are so happy to have built a friendship with Kris. It's rare to find people who are this good at supporting customers, both before and after the sale.

We had a great experience with Chandler purchasing my new spa. He was very knowledgeable and was able to have our spa delivered the same day. We did have a manufacture issue with the filter pump but they were able to come out the very next day and have it replaced and working perfectly. Overall we have had a great experience with Hot Tub Center.

My wife and I decided that we wanted to create a small oasis in our backyard after last year's heat. We decided to take up a lot of grass, pour a new concrete pad and put up a brand new pergola. The perfect compliment to this space was a new hot tub. However, this project really consumed a lot of cash and we didn't have a big budget for a hot tub.I decided to find a used tub online when I found Kris' ads on KSL. I called and he directed me to his back warehouse where he had a lot of tubs that matched my budget. My wife and found a perfect tub that was the look, size, and features we wanted and Kris gave us a great deal.After the concrete cured and pergola was up, his team delivered the hot tub and placed it exactly where we wanted. Moreover, he provided us steps, our first chemicals, and a matching cover. Overall, it was a perfect transaction. Kris has been responsive from the start, provided great expertise, and delivered a great to tub to us.We have been enjoying the spa now for a few weeks and it's everything we hoped. If you are in the market for a new or used hot tub, I give my highest recommendation to Hot Tub Center. Kris and team made it a really great experience!
